Stop grading your ads on clicks. Grade them on booked jobs.

Most landscaping contractors we talk to can quote their ad spend to the dollar. Almost none can say which half of it booked jobs. The report shows clicks, impressions, and a cost per click, and everyone quietly hopes the phone calls that followed had something to do with it.

Clicks are an input. Booked jobs are the output. When you only measure inputs, every decision downstream is a guess: which campaign to pause, which keyword to raise a bid on, whether the whole channel is worth it. The businesses that grow with paid search are the ones that close the loop between the click and the invoice.

Closing that loop takes three connections. Every call and form fill needs to be traced to the ad and search that drove it. Every lead needs a disposition: booked or not. And every booked job needs its value attached, so a $400 mowing contract and a $40,000 patio stop looking identical in the numbers.

Once those connections exist, the questions change. Instead of "what's our cost per click?" you ask "what's our cost per booked job, per service?" Instead of "which ad got the most traffic?" you ask "which searches produce the work we actually want?" Those are questions a business owner can act on.

That is the entire premise Ribbler is built on: your ad account should be optimized against revenue, not engagement. Whether you do it with us or build the tracking yourself, stop paying for clicks you can't connect to work.
